Alright, 8th graders, it’s time to become communication champions in Language Arts! This course is all about beefing up your brain with tons of knowledge from every subject you can imagine. Why? Because the more you know, the better you’ll become at reading and understanding even the trickiest texts. By the time we’re done, you’ll have a rock-solid grasp of big ideas and awesome new skills. We’re also going to really dig into rhetoric, which is basically learning the secret sauce for using language super effectively when you write and speak.
